Amazing Laser opened its doors as an Austin owned laser hair removal clinic in 2003. It evolved over the years adding several other aesthetic services and moving to a couple of different locations.
In April 2007, Amazing Laser closed its doors. I purchased some of the original company s assets and named my new business Amazing Laser of Austin. I added some new equipment, gave the place a facelift, and began defining our focus, services and mission. Today, Amazing Laser of Austin is an Austin owned, aesthetics and laser center, conveniently located on South Lamar with its own unique look, feel, and philosophies. Our laser services are medically supervised and prescribed by our physician Dermatologist Medical Director, and are performed in a clean, professional, comfortable environment.

Mary LeBourgeois, R.N., C.L.P.
Our Staff:
Mary graduated from Iowa Methodist Medical Center in 1978, and moved to Austin in
1982. She is a registered nurse with over 30 years of working experience in hospital
based clinical and administrative positions. As owner and Executive Director of
Amazing Laser of Austin, her professional focus has shifted to medical aesthetics.
Mary is a Certified Laser Professional; a Radiation Safety Officer authorized by
the Texas Department of Health Radiation Safety Licensing Branch; and a member of
the Society of Dermatology of Skin Care Specialists.

Angie Pennington, Licensed Esthetician, Certified Laser Professional
Assistant Director
Angie is a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Professional with additional training in the specific use of our equipment. She has been employed at Amazing Laser since June of 2006, and has performed thousands of laser procedures. She has completed Advanced Paramedical Training and maintains current knowledge related to all areas of her aesthetic practice. In addition to performing many types of procedures, Angie also serves as Assistant Director of Amazing Laser of Austin.
Jennifer Farnish,
Licensed Esthetician, Certified Laser Professional
The newest member of our team, Jenni is a licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Professional. In addition to laser certification, Jenni has completed more than 40 hours training on our lasers. She holds additional certifications in microdermabration and chemical peels.
